All righty, I bought these headphones 320-M. I saw some negative reviews on it, but I decided to give it a chance. With a little bit of background tweaking in the audio department/section of my computer, they sound like HD headphones. The headset is soft, it doesn't over heat, the microphone is a little fuzzy, other than that they are good headphones.

I use this for many different purposes... online meetings, VoIP calls, and teaching online courses. It is much better than the last headset I purchased.
